Migration wave overwhelms resources at U.S.-Mexico border

The U.S. southern border with Mexico is seeing a spike in migrants. Local shelters in some communities have been over capacity for weeks. But the problem is not just in the United States.

Migrants making their way north through Mexico are putting a strain on that country as well.

CGTN's Franc Contreras shares the story from Mexico.
